Inuit Circumpolar Conference has positive economic effect on travel industry

Travel Nunavut President and CEO Alex Stubbing had the opportunity to speak with CBC North Nipivut yesterday about the positive impact the Inuit Circumpolar Conference will have on Nunavut’s travel industry.

With more than 200 delegates from across the circumpolar world gathering in Iqaluit this week, the conference is providing a meaningful boost to local hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, tour operators, and other travel related businesses. It’s also an excellent opportunity to showcase Nunavut’s culture, hospitality, and incredible people to travelers from around the Arctic.
